Landlord Safety Checks

Landlords are required by law to have their properties which have gas appliances inspected by a gas safe registered company at least every 12 months.

De Gas provide a high quality service to landlords and are qualified to provide landlord  inspection certificates.

We aim to make things easy for you and upon your request we will contact the tenant to arrange entry.

We cover Belfast, Larne, Lisburn, Antrim, Bangor, Ballyclare, Hillsborough, Saintfield, Comber and Newtownards although work outside of these areas may be possible by arrangement.

Once all appliance services / safety inspections are complete we will explain the correct use and how to avoid any simple problems to tenant's, helping keep to a minimum any unwanted call outs and bills.

Finally we contact you when the inspection is complete to arrange to give you the relevant paper work and advice.(graphics or flowchart showing this ? )

“I would strongly recommend De Gas ,I have had problems with my gas boilers in both my residential lettings and commercial premises on a number of occasions and dreaded the awful waiting about on engineers and overcharging.

The first time I called De Gas I was very surprised when he arrived at the exact time, only a couple of hours after contacting him. He then carried out the work promptly and I was very satisfied with the service. I have since used De Gas on numerous occasions for servicing and repair and every time he arrives on time carries out the work promptly and I have found his bills to be much less than I had previously been paying. I would have no hesitation in recommending De Gas for any gas servicing or repairs”.
